HI, Dont know if ive posted this in the right board, but im at my wits end trying (and failing) to insatll HBO MAX on a sky q mini box. ive installed it first time fine on the main sky q box upstairs, but when i click on the app on the mini box to set it up it gets as far as a "choose your subscription page"(dont recall seeing that when i set up on the main sky q box) and when i click on the free with ads option it does not move on from that page. on reading up on this online ive reset both sky q boxes reset modem(im connected by ethernet to both not wi-fi) refreshed the apps and even tried a suggestion to set it up on the my sky app which when ive looked into it says its currentlt set up on 2 devices, yet when i select the HBO MAX app on the mini box im still only getting to the choose your membership page. to say this bafffling is an undersatement. would greatly appreciate if anyone knows a workaround/or how to solve this. if not its on the phone to tech support i take it.
