H

My box broke down last week they sent new one nx day. But the man had to unscrew my old one as sky had brought the new one but he took viewing card with him in old box. Sky said I would have new one by Monday but obviously not so not had sky a week now

Hi @Linda258   Common mistake, but do you have a question for you fellow customers? You should chase up Sky.

If it was a box swap it was probably a courier and not a Sky engineer. You aren't the first customer to leave the card in.

 

This isn't something the Community Messaging Team can help with so you'll need to call Sky to chase up the replacement viewing card.

Hi @Linda258   I'm nearly 80, sorry but you need to contact Sky. This is a public community forum, where fellow customers try to help other customers. I'm afraid we cannot chase up Sky for you. This is not Sky customer services.

Unfortunately it's usually the customer who has to disconnect the faulty box and remove the viewing card. All a courier will normally do is take the faulty box and leave you with a replacement box for you / a family member / a friend / or a trusted neighbour to reconnect.
