Need to order new sky q box

I have the Sky Q box years now and it's starting to cause issues. Keeps turning off especially when watching any of the apps. 
how do you just reorder a new sky q box ??

You will need to contact Sky so persevere on the phone. If you do end up needing a new box it'll probably be via a 'doorstep box swap' whereby DPD deliver a new box and take your faulty box away so remember to remove the viewing card from the old box before it disappears in the back of a van.
