Hi,
For many years I have had gridlines appearing on my TV as per the attached image. I have meant to get this resolved previoulsy but now I have moved house I know I can rule out the following:
- Several HDMI cables used in the past, always ths same
- 3 Different TV's
- Now different dish and cables in new house
- Picture Output Settings changes, 1080i, 1080p, etc
- HDMI Power turned off and on, same result
- Multiple channels tried, I would say it's all HD channels
Any suggestions on what might be causing this issue?
Thanks

I don't want to book an engineer visit, although that seems to be broken as a link too, as I've had two visits to set up sky in the new house and neither could diagnose or fix the issue.
Follow the troubleshooting here and click the I Need More Help button - there's often a live chat link or the option to order a replacement box which will be brought via courier so you can swap it yourself. Remember to remove your viewing card from your current box before swapping them.

Re: Gridlines Appearing on Sky Intermittently
I forgot to add, this only happens with the Sky Q main box, mini-boxes don't have this issue.

It's clearly a bad Sky Q box. Contact Sky and get it replaced.
