When I watch a recorded programme and I want to FF the adverts I put it on 30 speed but it keeps jumping back a minute or going really slow, I've unplugged my sky q and then it seemed ok but now gone back to being glitchy and jumpy again. Anyone experienced this and if so how did you resolve it? Many thanks
