I have Disney + free with my Sky subscription, but when I go to log on it is asking for my card details to pay?

Re: Disney +
Hi @Queenie56
Who is asking for your card details, Sky or Disney+? With Sky this is normal because Disney+ is a Marketplace App and billed seperately by debit/credit card if needed. You can swap between plans by ticking a box. Standard with Ads is free, other plans will charge you via your card.
Have you activated it correctly Disney+ on Sky.

What Sky entertainment package are you on? As you have to have sky signature to get basic Disney plus with ads. Did you have a Disney account before activating with Sky and was that for a higher tier that the basic with adds. As it only the billing that transferred you tier will stay the same so if you did you have a higher tier when activating with Sky you will go to payment screen to put in your payment card details as you will only get a discounted subscription on that tier. In this case if you want the free tier after you activated you Sky account and paid for the first month you can can go into Sky marketplace and downgrade to free tier that take affect from your next billing date
