Follow the advice in this Sky help article.
If some steps do not resolve your issue, you will see a link in the article to book an engineer visit.

If you have a communal Sky Q setup, you may have to contact your Building Management to alert them.

Done this didn't work. Engineer couldn't fix either so annoyingly had to cancel movies today. No appolgy or attempt to persuaded me stay with a decent offer. Sky have been aware of this problem for nearly two years and done nothing to resolve as it's a Sky Q box.

I'm confused. You said in the opening post that the dish might need re-aligning. Didn't the engineer try / investigate that?
Why just cancel Cinema? Does it only affect those channels?
