Getting a gray screen with a white square

Been using a few months but past 8 days just a gray screen with a white square

Hi @Tunashaun   Sky Q error screens are blue. You you sure it is not your TV? A photo would help.

It's a discovery+ plus question used it for months now it's just a gray screen with a white square but still works on my phone
