You will need to report to your building management who are responsible for your communal feed .

SKy Engineers can't help with this

My GB News and Al jazeera used to work fine all day and night but now around 5 o'clock every day it seems to lose signal. Is it that cause they can't monitor it. Bit strange to me. How it's just them 2 channels.

Because the channel owners are choosing to use satellite transponders which gives greater coverage in mainland Europe at the expense of UK viewers.

Thoughts on the irony of this in respect to 'GB News' should be expressed to the channel itself ; )
