Hi Ive just turned on my sky Q box and I have fuzzy vertical lines on the screen I've tried unplugging the box which has made no difference I've removed the cables plugged them back in but it's still the same is the box on its way out any help would be appreciated.

It does pretty much look like a hardware fault and a new box is needed. The only thing I might try is changing the boxes output to say 1080 and see if that makes a difference.
(I'm assuming that the TV is fine and that nothing similar is seen on other inputs. However if you have something you can plug into the same input that the Q box is using it be worth trying that just to eliminate any issues on that input - unlikely tbf)

The tv is fine on free view and on my Xbox I changed the output on the box from uhd 10 bit to uhd 8 bit and the lines disappeared I think it's the box that's at fault
