I keep getting a message saying network cable disconnected

 A pop up message keeps  appearing on the screen  every few minutes saying network cable disconnected ( even though sky is still working). It then asks if I want to set up a wired connection or not.

@LJR1  It won't be your Sky Q box but rather a message from your TV, you'll need to resolve this with the TV itself.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
