A pop up message keeps appearing on the screen every few minutes saying network cable disconnected ( even though sky is still working). It then asks if I want to set up a wired connection or not.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@LJR1 It won't be your Sky Q box but rather a message from your TV, you'll need to resolve this with the TV itself.
