We have turn our sky glass on this morning and there is a 10cm vertical line through the screen

Hi @Mattb1977
Sometimes this can be caused by a software bug. Unplug your glass from the mains for 10 minutes and power back on. If it still remains you will need to contact Sky and get your set swapped out under warranty.as would point to a hardware issue.
