French Open Tennis 2025

I want to watch French Open tennis live this year. I have SKY TV package but not Sky Sports which for me would be worth the money just for tennis. However they only have the French Open tennis on TNT Sports. This is advertised as being available as an add on for £31 rolling monthly and 31 days notice to cancel at any time. I would only want it for the 2 week duration of the French Open really so 1 month will suffice.

Can I, in the circumstances, get it for 1 month (total cost £31) only or not ?

@Rob+Newbould there is a way that the customer services team can add TNT sport for 1 month only.

Back in November I had it added for the Autumn rugby international and when I said I only wanted it for the month the person I spoke to said thats fine and added it so I got 2 e-mails 1 saying it was added from x date then another say it had been removed fom x date + 1 month

so i didnt have to call again to cancel it.

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi
Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband
Ultimate on Demand, Q Experience/UHD, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema
LG 49SJ 810 V UHD TV, Google Pixel 7 Pro mobile

hi @Rob+Newbould

I do not have TNT Sports and have not really followed their subscriptions but I do believe it is available on a monthly rolling contract & if going via SKY I suspect you would need to take it  out & cancel virtually immediately to only have it for a month.

Hopefully some of the regulars here more au fait with TNT can confirm

BTW you are correct that the French open is only available via TNT .

It did, of course, used to be on Eurosport that was part of SKY Signature (& older 'entertainment') package until its owners Warner Brothers Discovery decided that they wanted to move the sport on these channels  to be part of their premium TNT sports subscription & close the Eurosport channels in the UK

Yes, because Warner Bros Discovery Inc secured the rights to that event, not Sky Group (a division of the Comcast Corporation)

Historically Eurosport (has) carried the French Open for decades.
