Freezing

My sky box keeps freezing and will not turn on , ive just literally had it replaced as the old one was doing it and now the new one is , only way to sort it is to turn it off at the plug , any ideas what the problem could be ?

@Andy_123 is it plugged in to an extension cable /4 gang extension if so try a different extension if direct to a socket any chance or trying a different socket as seems strange 2 different boxes are having exactly the same problem
