Apps disappear with essentials?
We have moved to essentials and now only have TV guide, this has only just happened as when we first changed we still had apps etc, can anyone advise please. Thanks

Have you tried rebooting your box?

Yes we have but contacted sky now and they said all the apps go with essentials!! This wasn't the case 2 months ago as they were all there 😞

@Coxy731 you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu
To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu
scroll down to apps > refresh
