You can't. 
Freeview is a service received via an aerial. 
You can watch free to air channels via a Sky Q box with the Sky Q Essentials subscription.

For Freesat reception through a dish with a Q LNB you'd need a 'Freesat 4K' branded receiver.  Earlier HD receivers and satellite tuners built-in to a television set won't work.

Alternatively the LNB could be replaced with an earlier (pre-Q) model, but Sky won't do this themselves.

I have Essentials on Sky+ and it's great though annoyingly I can't download ITV programmes in HD, only SD. Be helpful to know if any Q users on the same package experience the same?
