Is there any offers to upgrade to Sky Q for free please?

Only SKY can answer - we are just customers here but the chances are that the upgrade to SKY Q is free but you may need to be aware that a 'free' upgrade may have some conditions

 

You may wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q (where I mention this)

There's pretty much always the 'free' 'VIP Upgrade' ('free' meaning 'no up front cost') but that's typically contingent on taking up a Mini box too, which means the additional monthly Multiscreen subscription applies.
