On the Home Screen there are no picture but just box and text but no picture, this is very annoying, I've try to follow all the reset procedure I've found. ammi the only one with this problem?
Did you get a resolve to this? Got last 3 days I've got no pictures on my home screen, just boxes and text. I also can't get some on demand features. X

@Tina2031 Try a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if necessary- ~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby ~ switch the box off at the plug ~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug ~ follow the on screen instructions ~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds ~ press the 🏠 button

Ive tried this many time, work sometimes for like few minute but then it goes back to only text, and no icon, only netflix and youtube icon are working. Dont know what to do.
Are you saying that in 6 months you haven't contacted Sky about it if it's still an issue?

I've tried but no answer from the email I sent so I've giving up and used like it is now, I've not time to wasteto talk to them on the phone and talking to people that tell me to do procedure that don't work, I simply given up. sorry I thought the answer was to my original post, my apologies. Sky will always ask questions and request procedures are carried out because that's part of the diagnosis: they'll swap out a box 'free' if they think this will resolve an issue.
