Hi all,I have sky Q so get free paramount, I go on app to put code in and its says.Back soon somethink went wrong, but we working on this, Exit.Cannot put code in as where put code in its has exit.So I presume that its down? Anybody had this issue?

@Mandy40 do you mean you have Sky Cinema because just having Sky Q doesn't give you free Paramount +. It is only when you subscribe to Cinema that you get P+.

I also just got Sky cinema and am trying to activate Paramount Plus but it's not working. I'm following the instructions on the sky website, I open the app, get as far as the QR code but the page it takes me to days "it looks like you might have tried to access this page too early. Please check you've added Paramount+ to your account before trying again." Which doesn't make much sense, as adding Paramount+ to my account is exactly what im trying to do.

@DavidW82 rather than following the QR code have you tried typing in the web address you need to go to ie sky.com/paramountplus-activate.

Yep - tried it both ways, same error message comes up either way.

I complained to Sky, and after being told in a few different ways to just try again, they eventually said it's a known technical issue and they're working on it. It would've been good to know that from the outset.

This is what they said to me in latest email (on 18th Sept)

Any further updates on this. I have tried several timea and keep getting the message that i have accesses the page too quickly and to try later, when i try to access the link tothe subscription i get a bad request error message

I gave up in the end, complained to Sky, and they credited my account with two months' worth of Paramount Plus instead (the equivalent cost). So, at least that was something.

I get exactly the same message , "tried too early" spent 4 hours on the phone with Sky and got nowhere.. tried Web, TV, iPhone same error on all devices.. reset apps, switched off Q box. Still nothing..
anyone any updates/hacks

I have the same issue. Not been able to resolve for months. Was on a call for a few hours but support hung up and never called back! Anyone worked out a fix for the error "It looks like you tried to visit this page too quickly. Refresh the page to try again."
