Good Morning ,
I have multiroom and obtained a single free puck with my subscription - I have read somewhere that you can actually have two free pucks? Otherwise I believe it is £50 to purchase one, could somebody please advise on the this please?
Regards
Rob

That would suggest you have an older 2TB Sky Q box (the same as me). Easiest to call Sky so you can order and potentially negotiate any costs for a second mini box.

Re: Free Pucks
You keep mentioning pucks but I suspect you mean Sky Q mini boxes?
If that's what you mean, you can have a maximum of 4 mini boxes loaned to you by Sky. You can't buy them. You can watch Sky content on two minis and the main box at the same time. You may be able to use a third mini box if the first one in use is being used for a streaming app ie: Netflix or DIsney+.
Be aware the original 1TB (non-UHD) Sky Q box only allows one mini to be in use. To check if you have the non UHD 1TB box check in:-
Home - Settings - System Info - Hardware Version
If it shows as 32Cxxx then you have a non UHD 1TB that only supports 1 active mini box.
All 2TBs and the UHD/HDR 1TB permit two mini boxes. Each mini box which is loaned to you may be subject to a one off upfront charge but you only need one Sky Q monthly Multiscreen subscription.

Thanks for the reply, I did mean Mini boxes - if I was to order another Mini box, where/how would I go about that please?

Re: Free Pucks
Hi @RLG59RD My "My Sky" shows extra Mini boxes in my offers. It's worth having a look there.
