My package including disney

Hi I recently upgraded my sky tv package and was told Disney tv would be included but I wouldn't be able to use it till 20th. I would like to access this please x

Are you sure it was Disney+ and not Discovery+?

Disney+ normally comes as a separate subscription charge whereas Discovery+ is included in the basic Sky channel package.  

Check your subscription details in your account on the Sky website or on the MySky app to see exactly what you are being billed for.
