Faulty viewing card

I called yesterday, my viewing card needs to be replaced. They said it was next day delivery but it's not here? Could you advise please?

Just on case you are not aware we are, primarily, just other customers here.

 

Anyway - Viewing cards are usually sent via Royal Mail & not usually any special handling so, unfortunately, you are at the mercy of the postal system
