Failure of handheld controllers

Hi, our Sky controllers have both developed different faults, one wont change channels and the other cannot control the volume increase or decrease. They are over 5 years old and i think that the function keys have worn out. Can we please have 2 new handsets please. We have been customers for 20+ years. Many thanks, Gray
