Failing to receive UHD option for football matches

Since we moved house UHD no longer appears to be an option when watching sport.

We no longer have fibre only super fast broadband, could this be a reason ?

We pay £4 monthly for this but can only view in HD

Hi @Hel1   You need to check that the resolution format is still set to 2160p. 401 should be in UHD.
