Im trying to download some programms on my sky q, it keeps saying Failed, Remote network problem, this has only started happeninf since i changed my broadband provider, do Sky do this on purpose so you go back to them

no it's still happening, they said they would pass this on as apparently my ip address needed to be added manually I thought it was fixed but yesterday it happened again

I rang them this morning over it Michelle and I had to plug out my internet then turn it back on and reconnect it. It seemed to then download the programme ok but they said if it happens again I will need to call them back as they will need to complete a software update. I asked if they should not do this now but they said no not unless it happens again.

I hope not have a lot of recordings on mine I've been deleting a lot as thought it might be due to that but still happened not does seem strange it was fine until I switched broadband providers 🤷🏽♀️

That is exactly the same as me Michelle - I moved to Siro with Vodafone from Eir and ever since I'm getting all these issues.

I just got this error from trying to download Law and Order Organised Crime from On-demand.
Wonder if it's a error with Sky servers and different ISPs, in on BRSK (Brisk) and on fibre 900mb lube both up/down speed.
Any update to resolve this?

Nope still happening, tech said they were going to do something manually and the chat would be left opened, they did nothing and chat closed 🙈

Having same issue, updated software then they replaced my Sky Q box but still doing it.

i left mine overnight and tried again to download it and it worked.
i reckon it is coming down to access to the Sky servers by a different Internet Provider other than Sky Broadband.
anyone having the same trouble with downloading on-demand stuff thats on Sky Broadband?
