Failed remote network problem

I'm having the same issue when I try to download Seal Team.  This issue is really irritating and preventing me watching the show I wanted to watch.

the download had got to 23 minutes and then it stopped.  I deleted the file (and cleared out the drive), but now it won't even download.

can anyone help?

I haven't had a problem since i did a full reboot of the SKY Q box.

simply plug it out, leave for about 1 minute, plug back in and let it boot back up.

then what I did was managed my recordings, deleted one's ive already watched, then go over Manage area and "Delete Forever" ones you've already deleted.
