Failed, location check failed

If you are having the Failed download issue then contact your ISP straight away.

My ISP told me that they were aware of an issue with my ISP and we're going to sort it out within the hour.....

 

I'll update as soon as it's done, wish me luck!!!

UPDATE: Having spoke with my ISP Community Fibre my DLs are up and running again. 

I hate to say this but he didn't say exactly what the problem was but could see my ISP was giving a different location, he said he passed it on and it will take 1hr. 30 mins later it's done! Just explain the Failed location check and they should know the issue.

Was this CommunityFibre? I have the same issue that randomly started yesterday - nothing had been changed or updated on my side. Just stopped downloading a program halfway though and then the same location issue on any other DL since. Checked some other service on other devices on the same NW and a similar issue - The National Lottery says I am outside of the UK (I'm in London)! 

Contacted CommunityFibre and they asked me to screenshot whatsmyip - which says London - and now still waiting for their painfully slow response.

 

in the meantime, tried restarting/rebooting everything and got nowhere. Tried hot spotting from my phone too but that doesn't work either.

 

Anything else I can do except wait?
