Hi,
Just signed back up to Sky, and have a separate Disney+ subscription. I am trying to find a way to use my existing login within sky q, but any Disney+ link in Sky Q just presents a message
"you need to upgrade your subscription"
Do I really need to subscribe through sky to access the Disney content?

Nothing in the Apps section, and when I search for Disney+ just has the upgrade subscription message.

In which case, I guess it is possible that software &/or apps are not fully up to date :
To check & refresh if needed follow all the steps on this link (skipping any that are OK) - I suggest you do the refresh app either way:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-basic-checks
Note: ONce you have selected the refresh of app it can take several hours before it happens
