It says from £15 with the essentials pack but the only option you can select is ultimate tv from £22. How the heck do you actually buy essentials? Tried different browsers, app, devices, ultimate is the only option. Am I going crazy?

I'm not switching from Q, I never tried to post this in the sky Q section but in keeping with the form of every other aspect of this website it's absolutely rubbish and just does what it wants.

AFAIK if you're switching from Q to Stream and don't take Ultimate then you need to call Sky to request Essential TV only.

Strange. I've just tried on the Sky Stream webpage and it's offering me Essentials as well as Ultimate. Try using an incognito window on Chrome - that usually works, or clear all Sky cookies from your existing browser.
