Loss of channels and recordings.
I've been a sky member for 25 years + and I've had problems with my hard drive.no recordings or some channels. They've replaced the sky Q box and I've had problems with the new box sometimes it comes on and sometimes it doesn't. I've spent hours on the phone or waiting for the boxes to be delivered,, there's an engineer coming on Friday to sort out the problem if it's not fixed by then I'm thinking I've had enough. Are they giving me refurbished boxes? Another thing are they going to compensate me for no service for well over a week no normal TV service.either.
please help a loyal customer who deserves better.

Re: Loss of channels and recordings.
Most, if not all Sky Q boxes are now refurbished. The satellite service is slowly being wound down and no new Sky Q hardware is being manufactured.

The last hardware release was in late 2019, so that's quite possible.
