Error message on new TB

We've just replaced our TV and are getting the following message when we turn the sky box on: This screen does not support HDCP. Try reconnecting your HDMI cable, or use a different screen. I spoke to the LG technical team as reconnecting the HDMI cable makes no difference and they have said that it is a Sky issue not a TV issue. Any  ideas?
