Error message mr108

Hi my sky mini box won't work and when trying to reset I can only get to the error message mr108 it won't let me pass this as the I can't press yes or no as the button won't work I've tried to pair the remote again but can finish the process as it won't let me press the middle button( the circle one with the dot)

Hi @Shelley+Lou 

Just try Pressing and holding 7 & 9 together on the mini remote until it’s led flashes four times. This will reset the remote to infrared mode.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and see if it will work the mini without pairing.

If this works try a reset settings on the mini in its hidden menu.

To enter the mini hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Carry out the reset settings
After the Reset you can try to re pair your Bluetooth remote again.
If you cannot switch the mini box on with the remote after the Reset press the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini  box.
To re pair the remote press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.

Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the mini box when you press 1 & 3 together.
