Error message - catch up tv

My mum has downgraded her Sky due to cost. But since going down to the basic package, she can't watch programmes that she has downloaded on catch up - any ideas why?

Sounds like she's cancelled the HD add-on and now can't watch programmes downloaded in HD.

@Pilot In addition to what @Daniel0210 has advised if she has moved to the essentials package afraid that doesn't include on-demand so any downloads won't work
