Error code 73 on Disney Plus in SkyQ

Last couple of days (started 3rd Oct 23), if I try to access Disney Plus, via SkyQ, I get error code 73.  If I access the Disney Plus directly on my Smart TV, it works fine.  Both use the same Sky broadband and router. 

 

I've tried refreshing the apps and turning the box off and on 

 

Any ideas?
