Mini box wont turn on

My sky mini box won't turn on. When its plugged in there is no light on the front, press the reset button on the back and the red light comes on but then thats as far as it will go. Tried multiple remotes (have 1 q and 3 minis) but it does not react and the box isnt picked up on the sky app either. Any suggestions please? Not had this box long
