Error UH021

Hello i gave got error message "UH021" with  SAMSUNG QE55Q60BA UXXU (QLED 55")

Hi @Sandyinuk 

Are you using the Sky Q HDMI Lead with one pink end?
Also Check the following link

Thank you so much for your response. I think i need hdmi 2.0 cable for 4K or UHD.
