I've been a long time customer of Sky but recently when things go wrong outside your control, like the internet going down due to an issue with the 'Local Telephone Exchange' - why on earth is it so difficult to get your Sky products back online!!
The Sky Q box won't connect to the internet even though I've disconnected the power for way more than 30 seconds, rebooted the main router and disconnected its power for more than 30 seconds and IT STILL WON'T CONNECT TO THE BLOODY INTERNET!!!!! I've even disconnected the Sky mini boxes as none of those will connect either!!! Therefore, there is no reason for the Sky Q box not to connect to the main router as none of the other Sky products are connected. I even have a booster and that won't even connect!!! At the moment Mr Sky I really feel like walking away from it all and take all my business elsewhere. You really need to think of better ways to get your products to reconnect in this busy tech world. I have other products running off the Wi-Fi and whenever they go down they're really simple to reconnect! I've tried 6 times and about to give up.
