Error MR102

Had some work done in our house and the electric turned off for a short period.  Since then on of our mini boxes won't work.  Done all the stuff, eg reboot, unplug including the main box and still nothing.  Have tried a different mini box  from a different room and that works fine.  Any suggestions please?

Try switching both the mini box and the main box off at the wall for 30 seconds, then turn the main box back on first. Wait for it fully reboot and then turn the mini box back on.
