We get the blue screen and have to reset the box a few times, had an engineer out and has given us a new Sky Q Mini Box, they have said all connections and WiFi is perfect. Not sure what the solution is now apart from getting a new main Sky Q box? Is there any other way around this? It has only started happening last few weeks, before that there were never any problems.
