Hi @Rtluc69 Put the TV and SKYQ box on standby, then turn the SKYQ box on by pressing the SKY logo button on the top of the remote?

If you still don't have a picture on your TV, then using your TV remote switch to the HDMI input that the SKY Q box is connected to?
