Error: DSU_508

I have recently added a package and now I am unable to view any channels included in the package. They worked when I first purchased it but now it has stopped working. 

When I try to view the channel I get a message stating that I need to upgrade my package so when I press the red button I am told that I've already added the package and the error code: DSU_508.

 

I have checked my account and the package is listed as purchased.


Also I she restarted my box several times but it is still not working.

 

Any suggestions?

Give this a try:

 

Unplug your Sky Q box from the mains and wait 30 seconds. Unplug all cables and your viewing card. Plug it all back in and go through the boot up process. If this doesn't work you may need to call for a refresh signal. 150 is the number to call if you have Sky Mobile or Talk or the number under "Need more help" on this page - Sky Help | Sky.com
