Q box intermittently disconnects, then when I go through the process of resetting works for a while.

I have a new tv and it all connected well but then lost connection. Keeps saying no satellite signal. I've rebooted both mini box, router and Qbox. Other TVs have now started losing connection. Do you think the Q box is on the blink?
