Sorry I see from the community that others have had similar problem. I have full sky sports packaged but one channel just won't work. Its the sky football 403. Press red button and it says you've already added this to subscription and above error code.
I've tried the reboot unplug for a minute etc no joy. Just tried ringing 150 and they hung up and pushed me back here. Sorry just can't see any solution on the other similar messages.

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
