Equipment useless but expected to pay.

2 new  sky Q boxes  long periods without service and expected to pay for a product I'm not getting. It's far from a good service especially when considering the monthly cost.

You haven't said what issue your Sky Q box and mini box are having? Once it's been rectified contact Sky for a possible credit on your account for the time without service.
