Equipment failing

My Sky equipment is not functioning properly. It’s freezing and glitching, playback controls are unreliable, and I often can’t rewind or fast-forward, it gets stuck for several

minutes. . We have new broadband but still have trouble with signal/buffering/box overheating. Q box in bedroom often fails/can't use all functions. I’ve restarted the equipment each time I use which is time consuming and the issue persists. I’d like the fault investigated and, if necessary, the equipment replaced

The forum cannot investigate nor arrange an engineer / replacement box.

 

Best to call Sky to arrange such - remember to remove your viewing card if they offer a box swap.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
