Two Sky remotes both lost ability to turn on and lost volume

We have two sky remotes, both have lost the ability to adjust the volume, both lost ability to turn on Q box.  

Have rebooted Q box 3 times and done the 7-9 and 1-3 resets on the remotes still nothing!  Have gone to set up to select remote, select Samsung TV tried using model number nothing, then tried find my but tried all 8 codes and nothing comes up

What's happening and how do I resolve 😡
