Explain?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If you want help from other customers then you'll need to be clearer in what you've done...

hi @Amar82

This sounds like the TVs Freeview Tuner  where you select a region after it has scanned and can get the same channels from different transmitters

SKY does not have any such user selection

For SKY  select the HDMI input that you bos is connected

Sky hardware learns its region from the address and postcode of the Sky account.

As @nigea99 indicates, if you were asked to enter a region then you're looking at either Freesat or Freeview, not a Sky interface.
