Have ordered Sky Q for installation 30th September. My account shows this has alreadytaken place on Aug 28th. and SKy+ has been deleted. How is this possible!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI suspect someone has misread 30th Sept as 30th Aug as the install date so has deleted Sky + by mistake. You most likely have to call Sky via 150 from a Sky phone or use the contact us link.

Unless your SKY + box is not working I wouldn't concern yourself
BTW although you have ordered SKY Q I think you may benefit from reading some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q
