Engineer visit

Hi, had a visit fro engineer this morning, who had come to install Sky Q box but he told me that it would not be suitable and he recommended that we have a streaming device we do not have a Sky dish

The engineer would have fitted a dish - I assume it wasn't physically possible?

 

If so, you'll have to call Sky to switch to Stream (assuming you're internet connection is sufficient).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
