Engineer visit cancelled

I had an engineer visit scheduled today and they've cancelled it. I went online to rebook and they said there is an issue so I'm unable to do so. I have had no satellite signal for 3 weeks but they said they would prioritise a visit. What do I do?

Give Sky a call. That seems the next logical option.
